Personal Exercise & Fitness Training

Although each Tae Kwon Do class has an exercise component, we also offer Personal Exercise & Fitness Trainingpersonal fitness training. Classes involve strength training, flexibility training, endurance training, and nutrition counseling. Sessions take place in a gym environment using free weights, circuit machines, body weight, and other resistance training tools. Training is at the All American Fitness Center in the Village of New Hartford, NY. Trainers have full access to the oldest and most complete personal training facility in the area. In addition, the environment is clean, friendly, supportive, and fun.

Qualifications:

Each trainer at the gym has decades of experience and NCCA accredited certifications. Master Fusco is certified in exercise science through The American Council on Exercise , and has over 30 years experience instructing, coaching, and training. In addition to master’s certification with both the World Taekwondo Federation and Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do,  specialist certifications include personal exercise training, sports nutrition, fitness nutrition, and orthopedic exercise.
