Mission of Tae Kwon Do and Fitness Arts

The mission of Tae Kwon Do and Fitness Arts is to instill a life-long love for exercise, good nutrition, and an active life-style; preparing ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually for life’s activities so we may enjoy a long and healthy life as physical beings. In doing so, we will build a personal defense system to protect ourselves from physical, and psychological harm. Each of us will then be prepared to like-wise defend our families, communities, and nations and help build a better world for future generations.
